As a husband-and-wife team, we’re passionate about supporting NDIS participants with high-quality, honest and reliable services. Inspired by our lifelong dedication to family and community, we strive to help individuals live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives.

Whether it’s providing transport, assisting with daily tasks, teaching life skills or fostering activities and community connections, we’re here to provide support tailored to your unique needs.

Meet Roger

Roger is a natural handyman with a love for working with his hands, a skill he inherited from his father. As the middle child in a family of 10, he learned the value of teamwork early on. A furniture upholsterer by trade, Roger’s career has spanned roles as a Production Manager, Rail Trackforce Protection Coordinator and now a dedicated Disability Support Worker.

In his downtime, Roger enjoys the great outdoors, cruising in his EH Holden, playing guitar or riding his Harley. His friendly, can-do attitude and practical expertise make him an invaluable part of our team.

Meet Sharyn

Sharyn is the heart and soul of our team, bringing her organisational skills and a deep passion for community support. As the eldest of five children, she’s always been a natural leader and advocate for others. Her professional background in health and community administration has been both rewarding and inspiring.

Sharyn loves walking on the beach, yoga, dancing and music and she’s always on the lookout for ways to help others enjoy life to the fullest. Her empathetic approach ensures everyone feels supported, valued and empowered.

Our journey began during a trip to Nimbin, where we visited a dear friend on a disability pension. We were heartbroken to see the substandard work she had paid for around her home. Determined to help, we stepped in to clear rubbish, erect a shed and make her home safe again.

This experience sparked a realisation: too many vulnerable people face similar challenges. Inspired to make a real difference, we launched our business to provide honest, caring and dependable services that empower individuals to live independently and confidently.

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills

Supporting your independence by teaching new skills and empowering you to manage your daily activities effectively, like financial management, social interaction, physical fitness

Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities

Supporting or supervising you in community, social, recreational, or economic activities in the community or at a centre. Activities include shopping trips, appointments, leisure activities

Innovative Community Participation

Helping you to build skills and engage with your community through volunteering, charity work, neighbourhood associations, or other innovative activities like the men’s shed, community gardens

Group and Centre-Based Activities

Supporting you in social and community activities, either at a centre or in the community, chances to join group activities and events with proper assistance like dance, cooking classes
